This order is for 2 custom sized Advanced Classic Futon Mattresses. 1 - 36" X 75", and 1 - 36" X 62" made in a natural color. Both Mattresses will come with custom covers in a Hunter Green. Custom orders are not returnable and are not cancellable. If a mattress arrives and the customer claims that there is a problem, the customer will have to pay for all shipping charges to the manufacturer for inspection. If there is a problem, the mattress will be re made, or corrected and sent back to the customer for no charge. We will try to have the Futon mattress made as close to the ordered sizes as possible, however the sizes can vary 1 to 2 inches in each direction and this is not considered a defect. As far as the thickness, this mattress is made with 10" or more of ingredients, however with the vacuum packing and shipping, it is not uncommon for some mattresses to measure up to half of their original size.
