This frame is shipped via common carrier as a Curbside Delivery. Due to the size of the Headboard on this frame we have had issues with truck lines damaging this item. You must inspect all boxes prior to signing for the shipment and any damage MUST be noted on the Freight Bill or the truck line will not pay any claim for damage and the customer will have to pay for the replacement part or parts and the shipping of the item. This is a custom made bed and the order is not cancellable. If something arrives and is damaged as long as the damage is noted, free parts will be shipped. If you decide to cancel the order you may do so using our 30 money back guarantee policy which requires you to pay all shipping charges to and from, and a restocking charge. We have an option of shipping this item via Home Direct Freight Bronze Service. They use padded trucks, and wrap everything in blankets and arrive with 2 people and will carry the item into your garage or entry room of your home. This trucking company charges $100 more than the standard truck lines, so we've added this as an option.
