Due to the special production of the Spring Units, this mattress is only made in Full or Queen Sizes. This shell of this futon comes with a Natural colored standard Cotton/Poly Duck fabric and may also be ordered in Black, or may be ordered in Black, Burgundy, Blue, Tan, Sage, or Chocolate Microfiber fabric for a slight extra charge. Samples are not available as the exact fabrics vary. When ordering futon covers for this mattress the cover should be ordered with either a 6" or a 7" corner depending on the manufacturer of the cover. Each spring is formed in a barrel shape for maximum tension. They are heated to a temperature of 600 degrees. This process causes each coil to Lock In it's shape and to perform as designed long after other standard coils have lost their spring. |
