Custom Shipping

This is a charge for either 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day shipping by UPS, DHL, FedEx, or US Mail. This is good for 1 Futon Cover. The cost may be higher for more than one cover, or for a cover with pillows or pillow covers, or for different items. The actual time frame for delivery might be longer due to weekends, holidays, or the time of day that your order was placed. Please note that this is the charge for faster shipping not the time for manufacturing or processing your order.

The processing and manufacturing time must be added to the shipping time to give you a correct estimated delivery time. To process or manufacturer your cover faster the charge is normally $20, unless it is a custom order and then it could be higher. Some manufacturers charge more for Must Rush orders, and some don't offer it at all.

If you order a cover with faster shipping, or processing options and it arrives late due to circumstances beyond Fantasy Futons control, there will be no refund on the shipping or processing charges. If the order is a returnable order, you may cancel the order, and we will issue a refund, less shipping, processing, handling, and rush fees as well as any restocking fees that the manufacturer charges us.
