Sunbrella fabrics have been verified in an independent laboratory and tested for harmful substances according to Standard 10 by OEKO-TEX. Sunbrella fabrics are lead free, AZO dye free, and Greenguard certified for low chemical emissions.

Unlike surface-dyed fabrics, Sunbrella maintains long-term fade resistance even in direct sun, and water resistance in rough weather.

Skin Cancer Foundation Recommended
Many Sunbrella fabrics used in umbrella, marine, and awning applications have outstanding UV and other properties which have earned them the Skin Cancer Foundation's Recommendation.

Covers use a flap closure with a three-sided zipper in the back seam. Chair and ottoman covers use a two-sided zipper. Cording (piping) may be added. Standard depth fits most 6"–8" futon mattresses. For unusual sizes or depths, consult our team for the best fit.

Estimated Time of Arrival — Most standard orders ship in 3–5 business days and arrive within 1–2 weeks. Custom orders ship within one week and arrive in approximately 2–3 weeks.
Rush Orders — 24–48 hour production for $20 per cover (availability depends on fabric stock).
Rush Shipping — Expedited delivery options available for an additional charge. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may require additional shipping fees. Canadian orders are responsible for applicable taxes and duties.
Fabric & Order Notes
Color & Texture Disclaimer — Digital images display color as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee an exact color match between the product and your screen. Fabrics may have slight variations in texture and dye lot. If you would like to be 100% certain of the color and texture, we recommend ordering a fabric sample before placing your order.
Planning to add pillows or other accessories? For the best color and dye lot match, we strongly recommend ordering everything together at the same time.
Returns and Exchanges
All Sunbrella covers are custom made, and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, Fantasy Futons and Furniture will help you. We will help to resell the cover and we will issue a refund, less any costs, once the cover is sold.
Defects or Errors — If a cover arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing or processing error, we will arrange for pickup of the original cover and ship a correct, undamaged replacement at no charge.
