Futon Mattress Thicknesses VS Cover Thicknesses
Most standard covers come with a 6" depth and only Twins come with a standard 5" depth. Changing the depth makes the cover non-returnable and non-refundable, so please order a sample swatch first. The 6" depth covers will fit a 6" to 8" depth futon mattress, unless it's a very firm mattress, an innerspring, an Otis Futon, or a Conventional Mattress. If you have something unusual, give us a call. They will actually fit more snug and look best on an 8" thick mattress. You will see other options for cover depths. Remember, changing any of the standard sizes makes the cover not returnable to SIS.
Return Policy & Available Sizes
All covers with the depths listed in our prices are returnable for immediate refunds, less shipping and restocking fees. If you've ordered something with a different depth, or in a custom size, or piping, or a direction change, we will, as a courtesy, help you sell your cover, and when it sells we'll issue a refund less our credit card fees and shipping. If you think you have a queen futon cover, please double check and measure the length, width, and depth of your futon mattress. In all of our years in business, we've found that Queen Covers are ordered wrong about 50% of the time. So please save yourself time and money, and always measure your futon to make sure it's a 60" x 80" queen and not a standard 54" x 75" full. You can also order Fabric Samples by selecting Swatch or Fabric Sample from the Size drop-down box on the product. Below are the standard sizes and depths of all SIS futon covers.

All SIS Covers and items come with a Lifetime Limited Warranty. The warranty excludes commercial use, misuse, sun fading, improper care or cleaning, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

With normal processing and free shipping, standard sized covers leave the factory in about 2 to 3 weeks and arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. A rush charge of $20 per item may be added to have your cover ship in about 24 business hours and arrive in about 1 week to 10 days.
