Return Policies

We gladly accept returns for products that are defective due to manufacturing defects or workmanship issues upon arrival. If a fulfillment mistake results in the wrong product being shipped to you, we will accept it for return and make it right. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging, and may not show signs of wear or damage. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment unless otherwise stated. Custom items with defects or production errors may also be returned; however, those orders will be replaced and not refunded, as they are made specifically for you.
