FAQs
1) What is the weight capacity for my futon frame or set?
With normal use, two people weighing up to approximately 250 pounds each can sit or sleep comfortably on the set when weight is evenly distributed across the futon.
2) Will standard bedding fit our full or queen-size futon mattress?
Yes, standard bedding works for both full and queen-size mattresses.
3) How do I obtain missing assembly parts?
If any parts are missing from your frame set, contact us and we will arrange to send the parts you need after verification.
4) My mattress seems a little wrinkled. Should this concern me?
The mattress has been compressed and sealed for efficient shipping and handling. The wrinkles normally disappear within about a week after the mattress has been opened.
5) The frame will not stay in the sitting position. What should I check?
The seat deck may be missing the four plastic stoppers that catch the front rail (stretcher). Check under the seat deck and refer to the assembly instructions included with the frame.

Please visit our website, call us, or send us a message and we will be glad to help you find the right frame.
7) My mattress slides off the frame. What can I do?

8) I have children and pets. What can I use to protect my futon mattress?
We recommend adding a futon mattress protector to your order — just select it from the options above.
9) How do returns work?
You must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns may be accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in the original packaging. If the product shows signs of wear, damage, odors, or pet hair and cannot be resold as new, the refund may be reduced or denied. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
10) My product arrived with damage.
Please open and inspect all merchandise as soon as it arrives. If there is visible damage, refuse the damaged package if possible. For concealed damage, contact us promptly with photos and a description of the issue. In many cases we can quickly replace the affected parts.
