Shipping Time: Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the day and time your order is placed.
Custom futon covers usually take 7 to 10 business days to be manufactured, so total delivery time can be up to 3 weeks.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If you're working with a deadline, please call or text us before ordering — in some cases, we can narrow down the timeline or expedite production or shipping for an additional cost.
If we’re aware of any delays, we’ll notify you as soon as we hear from the manufacturer or shipping carrier.
