Most items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. So if you've ordered multiple items, don't be surprised if they arrive in separate shipments.
If one item is out of stock when you place your order, we’ll reach out to you before shipping anything. At that point, you can decide whether you'd like to:
- Wait for everything to ship together once the item is back in stock
- Swap the out-of-stock item for something else
- Cancel that item or the whole order — it’s your call
If the out-of-stock item is expected soon, we’ll go ahead and charge for the full order unless you tell us otherwise. If there’s a longer delay, we can refund that part and bill you later when the item is ready to ship.
