• The product must be the exact same make, model, size, and finish.

• The product must be from a reputable dealer authorized to sell the product.

• The product must not be a close out, discontinued, clearance, or below cost leader item.

• The online merchant offering the lower price must have the product in stock and available for immediate delivery at the price listed, and the listed price is not a typographical error.

• The online merchant must be an established U.S. site, as determined by Fantasy Futons Inc.

• The online merchant must be reputable and must not have numerous complaints with the BBB or with Reseller Ratings.

• This Guarantee does not apply to auction sites.

• This Guarantee applies to the price of the item, including shipping & handling, or other fees, and sales tax.

• Claims must be received within 3 days from the purchase date.

• Claims are limited to 3 of the same item number per customer and 3 claims in any 30 day period.

• Does not apply to merchants offering factory reconditioned, refurbished, closeout or previously returned items.

• Does not apply to merchants offering special promotions such as sales prices, rebate offers, coupon offers, quantity discounts, special orders, custom orders, and / or membership discounts.

• Price Guarantee applies to online orders only and must be able to be ordered by us, online.

• Fantasy Futons Inc. must be able to confirm the lower price, and unconfirmed prices will not be honored.

• Fantasy Futons Inc. reserves the final right to refuse any order or price match if our terms are not met or can not be verified.

• If you've already purchased the item from us the Price Guarantee will be issued in the form of a Futons.net Credit, or Gift Certificate Code.
