Gift Certificate Rules & Regulations Here's how this works. When you purchase a Gift Certificate, you'll receive a Pin Number. You must give that Pin Number to the gift recipient. They can then go to our website, and purchase an item of the value of the certificate, or less, and during checkout, they can use the Pin Code to make the purchase. • Gift certificates must be redeemed via the Web site that it was purchased on, toward the purchase of products listed in our online catalog and sold by Fantasy Futons. • Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates. (No Regifting) • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. There is no cash value. • Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account. • If the recipients order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the recipient must pay for the balance. • Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue. • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
